Remote Customer Support

If you have an active support contract or other support situation which is authorized by your reseller or integrator you may download the tool below to provide a second line technical support pathway to your system. Please download the remote support tool below and run the executable file. The tool will present you with a session-ID and a session-password. These must then be communicated to your assigned support personal of Distributed Medical to set up the session.
